We’ve Been Building For Over 10 Years
Managing Directors, Bernie and Sandra Cronyn, come from diverse professional backgrounds; a dynamic combination which allows them to mesh their competencies into a well-run and enjoyable business, which permeates every aspect of their builds.
Bernie has a long history of experience in the building industry, initially as a wall and floor tiler specialising in marble and stone. He obtained his building licence in 2009, and is a hands-on builder from the start to finish of every project. He loves being on-site getting his hands dirty!
Sandra has a background in accounting, as well as being qualified in residential drafting. She worked as a draftsperson and shire liaison for two years to gain industry experience during the early years of Elaborate Design Homes, and is a major part of running the daily activities of the business from bookkeeping, compliance, marketing, shire & client liaison.
